    Try to stay away from sugar.

    If you are craving sugar and cave to having a sugary treat, it often leads to more sugar cravings. Next time you are craving something sweet try having a piece of fruit or gum (as they say in the biggest loser). Obviously this won't work everytime, but it is worth a try and if it cuts down on your treat intake then its worth it, right?
